Worcester u3a strongly recommends using Beacon and this website for managing, communicating and displaying information regarding your group and its activities.
Access permissions for both tools must first be requested via Groups Coordinator.

Managing your Group
Waiting Lists
If you have specified 'max members' for your group, when you select more members than that maximum a waiting list will be formed automatically. The date of addition to the waiting list will be shown.
Displaying your Group on the website
The Groups Coordinator will initially create your group based on the information you provided. The group will appear within the groups list without linking to any sub-pages.
