We read aloud, plays from a very wide range from Ibsen Shakespeare, Chekhov, Arthur Miller, through to modern works, some well known like Alan Bennett and others quite new to us.

We have a democratic process on the choice of plays, so members have suggested what they would like to read, though of course we are bound by what can be found in the Hive!

Having said that , The Hive is a wonderful resource for us to use.

We are quite leisurely, allowing time for some discussions of what we are reading , as that seems to be valuable in formulating our thoughts about the plays in question.
