We are a growing group (still the only U3A one in the country we believe) who practise the special branch of photography known as Audio-Visual.

It involves stringing together pictures to make a narrative of some kind, accompanied by music, sound effects and voice-overs where appropriate. The software we most of us use is called PicturesToExe, and has the merit of being easy to use in the beginning, while being capable of producing very sophisticated work as one progresses. It is the perfect way to exploit all those holiday pictures, providing an attractive and interesting way to show them off, or to use all the images from all those neglected family albums to tell a tale from family history maybe.

No particular skills apart from 'computer literacy' are required, and anyone interested is invited to come as a guest to see what we all get up to!
