Mindfulness and Meditation

A secular course in meditation and mindfulness, using practical exercises, visualisation and compassion meditations. We will create a safe learning environment where you will have the opportunity to develop these simple techniques designed to relax the body, calm and gentle the mind as well as encouraging reflection, kindness and openness.

We will share our thinking, experience and understanding in pairs, small groups and in the whole group with the aim of building a supportive and mindful group.
