Spanish Dancing/Flamenco ~ This is a dance group, suitable for all, beginners are welcome .

Vacancies ~ There are 4 spaces available

This class is very good for fitness, memory, keeping the mind engaged and socialising with other members, enjoying the dancing together while keeping active. Spanish dance is lively but not too energetic and something different to try, so you can let yourself go and have some fun, go on you can do it! This type of dance is particularly good for core posture and coordination.

A note for new members ~ You do not have to be super fit to participate in my class, as long as you can raise your arms and a smile there will be no problems, you will need to have shoes with a thick/block heel (around 1 ~ 1 & half inches) flat shoes are not suitable. There is no need to think about anything else until you have tried the class out, then you may think about getting a wide skirt as the skirt is used quite a lot during our dances. If you have any more questions I will be glad to answer them.

So if you need to ask anything, please send me your phone number and I will contact you.

I look forward to seeing you.
