Leader:
When: Fortnightly on Monday afternoons 2:00 pm-3:30 pm

Bellydance can be performed as a group or as a duet or as solo. Sometimes props are used i.e. Veil, cane stick, zills, sword or tambourine.

Some of the personal benefits Bellydance can offer:

  • Stress reduction
  • Improved muscle tone
  • Flexibility
  • Memory
  • Confidence
  • Self-esteem
  • Dance friends/relationships

I have been Bellydancing for over 18 years and still attend three different classes every week where I’m still learning, you never stop learning!

I have had the privilege to have danced & learnt from many great dancers from all over the world offering different styles of dance including Turkish, Indian, Egyptian, African, Tribal & Gypsy Caravan, and Cabaret.

I am happy to share my passion of Bellydance with my fellow dancers. We also get to dance out at charity events & have lots of fun and also put smiles on faces when sharing this lovely artform of bellydance.

JOIN US AND GIVE IT A TRY – YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!
