March onwards	Book your venue and send details of your booking to Groups Coordinator and Treasurer.
April	Ask current members if they wish to return to your group in September.
From April	Let Groups Coordinator know if your group is full so that the status can be changed.
Ongoing	Obtain a Beacon password and edit your group list.
Ongoing	Look at your web page and tell Groups Coordinator of any changes.

Reciprocal Members

Members of neighbouring 3a groups can attend ONE interest group in Worcester u3a. They should not take a place that could be taken by a Worcester member. If you have a reciprocal member on your register, please send details to Membership . Please provide their name, email address, their home u3a and their membership number in that u3a.
