In the event of extreme weather conditions it may be prudent to cancel the walk for that day. That decision will be made following discussions between the walk leader(s) on the day and the group leaders before 8.30am on the day of the walk.

If a decision is made to cancel the walk on that day, the details of that walk on the walks page of the website will be changed to indicate a cancellation, and a message will be sent to you by 8.30am on that day.

In short, if you have any thoughts that a walk could be cancelled due to bad weather, look at your email inbox, and/or the walks page of the website after 8.30am on the morning of the walk for confirmation. Tuesday tramps collaborative notifications will be by WhatsApp.
