All our members have access to our Facebook Group, Beacon Membership database, and our folder of official documents including policies, AGM reports and the like. Click on the underlined links on this page for more information.
We have a public page anyone can follow and our own private group for members to chat and share their experiences.
Ferne Langdon explains here how to safely join Facebook and also how to use it just for u3a updates if that is all you need. You will need to request access to our private group, but not for our public page.
Beacon - Member's Portal
This is your membership database that allows you to manage your membership and update your personal details. Details of how to register your account are on our membership pages. It is separate system from the website.
We use Beacon to communicate with all our members regularly, so please keep your membership details up to date.

We have now moved our policies to a separate Documents menu. All other information such as AGM reports will be sent to members via email or post when they become available.
